Mb8my Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mb8my platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the mb8my platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the mb8my platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mb8my as the platform provider. Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically when you:
- Registering a new account on the mb8my platform.
- Logging in to an existing account after any updated Terms have been published.
- Using any service or feature provided by the platform.
- Making any deposit or financial transaction through the platform.
The mb8my platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Use of the mb8my platform is subject to applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under their local laws.
2. Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Information provided during registration — including name, phone number, and identity verification details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. mb8my reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. mb8my will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
Users must notify mb8my immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
Mb8my reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- A user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the system is detected.
- A user registers multiple accounts or uses a false identity.
- Account has been inactive beyond the specified period with no transactions.
- At the request of the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mb8my platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and others), TNG eWallet, and DuitNow QR. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to them. Using a third party's card or bank account without explicit authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with mb8my's policies and timelines. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before certain withdrawal amounts are approved. This is a standard security measure to protect user funds.
Mb8my is not liable for any failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user, disruptions on the payment processor's end, or limits imposed by the user's financial institution.

4. User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities on the mb8my platform comply with applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are also responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information at all times.
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or professional purpose without written authorisation.
- Reporting any bugs, system errors, or suspicious activity to the mb8my support team.
- Keeping your account secure and not sharing access with any other party.
The following are strictly prohibited on the mb8my platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and fund suspension:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to exploit system bugs, bonuses, or promotions in an unauthorised manner.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another individual.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or illegal activities.
- Spreading false information or defaming the mb8my platform or its users.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Mb8my is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. mb8my's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time the claim is made.
All content on the mb8my platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and branding — is the exclusive property of mb8my or its licensors. Users are not permitted to imitate, copy, reproduce, or use any platform content without explicit written consent from mb8my.
The mb8my platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment processors. mb8my is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Mb8my reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform's website.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest Terms. Continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
